  • We provide Standard Shipping for all orders within the USA.

  • Moroccan Gandoras are NOT the same as Middle Eastern thobes. They are intentionally designed to be worn loose and wide, so please take that into consideration

  • CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    Washing: Wash with cold water and mild detergent, avoiding harsh chemicals, bleach, and fabric softeners.

    Drying: Air dry flat or hang up, avoiding wringing or twisting, or use the lowest heat setting if using a dryer.

    Steaming: Steam to remove wrinkles, keeping the steamer 6-8 inches away from the fabric, and avoiding embellishments.

    Dry Cleaning: Consider professional dry cleaning for delicate care, ensuring they handle embellishments.

    Ironing: Iron on low heat if needed, avoiding embellishments.

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture, and avoid heavy stacking to prevent creasing.

  • We have a non-refund policy. However if the item does not fit we're happy to exchange the item for another size.

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

    If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange for a different product. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • No, we do not. This is at the customer's expense. However, we will send the new thobe free of charge.
